OK, Al has told us we are all destroying the earth. When we destroy the earth, we can buy carbon offset credits from his carbon offset credit company. Al flies around in a private jet, which destroys the earth. So, using simple logic, does Al buy carbon offset credits from himself after he destroys the earth? If so, does he write a check to himself and then pay himself back or just do entries on each set of Al Gore books?

I would have more expected this to have come from a conservative politician. I was a child of the 80’s and found Gore’s work against rock and roll to be very nazi-esque. To this day, that whole PMRC thing really bothers me.

I loved the movie inconvienient truth (other then the sappy stories al gore told) It was my first dose of education on global warming. Now I want to be an environmental activist. I thank you Al Gore.

But now I’m fed up with you Al Gore. You say all of these things we need to do, yet you don’t take your own advice. I believe that’s called being a hypocrite.

I think that Al Gore is making the issue of global warming worse. People view him as a joke anymore, and so they view global warming as a joke. I realize he has done good trying to bring awareness, but I’m fed up with hypopcricy.

Anyone feel the same way, or wish to comment? Please…

I got a letter from Al Gore yesterday stating that we need to put a Democrat in the White House when Bush leaves. I think Gore would be much more formidable than Hillary, Obama, or Edwards. He has 8 years experience in the Executive branch and doesn’t have the same negatives that Hillary and Obama have. This guy actually got more popular votes than Bush in the 2000 election, and I think he would be by far the most formidable candidate the Democrats could run. I think a Gore candidacy would be a sure thing for the Democrats.
